How to set up Business Hours in Jetlink? (Including Special Days and Break Hours)
Setting business hours helps you to notify your users when your agents are away from the Jetlink. You can set a custom away message to let your users and visitors know agents are currently away and when they should expect agents to be online again.
You can either set a separate schedule for each day of the week or you can set one for weekdays, weekends or speacial days, whatever suits your needs.
In order to set Business Hours:
Go to the "Business Hours" page from Settings-> Business Hours (under Setup) by clicking here.
Once you navigate to the setting, you can switch and make Business Hours enabled as shown below.
Select a timezone from the dropdown list.
Enter an away message
Select a schedule for business hours and days.
Select checkboxes to enable them. They’re off by default.
Click "Save" when it's done.
You can also add breaks between your working hours. If you want to set e.g. lunch break you can click on the “Add New Hour” section on the right side of your working hour. Note that you should write down the working hours not break time. If you are working 9:00am to 6:00 pm and have launch break between 12:00 am and 1:00 pm, you should add the hours on the example below:
Note: You can also prevent new conversation creation when your agents are out of business hours by activating the feature shown below.
You can also set your business hours for special occasions. Click “Special Days Working Hours” section, then add a new date.
Choose the date that you want to set business hours on the calendar. To enable the hours section, enable the button in the middle.
Then click the green “Update” button below.
Now you are all set!
