Different messaging channels may have different experience needs. For example, if you want to provide 24/7 support on Instagram, but you want your customer representatives to answer questions during business hours. Good news is that you can activate or deactivate your chatbot in different channels during business hours.

Here are the steps you need to follow to turn off your chatbot during business hours for different channels:


Click “Advanced Settings” on https://app.jetlink.io/JetBotNew page.


Scroll down the page to the “Channels” section. Click the “Edit” button next to the channel you want your chatbot to be inactive during working hours.




On the screen that opens, click on the "Disable chatbot during business hours for this channel" option and press the save button


After clicking the Save button, a feedback message will appear at the bottom of the screen.
