How to Change Web Chat Fonts on Jetlink?

You can customize the Jetlink web chat screen according to your brand identity.
In addition to corporate colors and icons, webchat fonts can now be customized.
You can follow the steps below to use your branded font on the web chat screen:
Go to the settings page by clicking the link https://app.jetlink.io/Settings/Main. Click on “Web Messenger” on the top left.
On the Web Messenger settings page, click on the “Advanced” option in the left menu. You can list the fonts and search within the list by clicking the "Choose font for web messenger" option in the middle of the page.
If your branded font family is not listed, you can contact your Jetlink project manager and request the addition of your specific fonts.
After choosing the fonts, your settings will be saved automatically and a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen.
