What is semi-supervised self-learning?

In our Jetlink Conversational AI Platform, we've upgraded our self-learning feature to be supervised. 🌟 In bots where probabilistic AI is activated and the self-learning option is enabled, when a user expression falls into the "Did you mean this?" confidence level, the user progresses by making a selection, and the bot accepts this choice as correct, adding it to the intended intent. 🤖 However, since this selection wasn't always accurate, it sometimes led to the bot making incorrect matches. 😕

Now, similar to the "train expressions" feature, you can control the accuracy of expressions directed to intents via the "Did you mean this?" options and train new expressions. 💡✨

Step 1: To use the semi-supervised self-learning feature, you first need to activate this option under JetBot > Advanced Settings > Probabilistic AI Settings. 🚀🔧

Step 2:After activating the feature, go to the intent editing screen. Click on the "Train DYM" tab located on the right side of the top options. 🛠️ Then click the "Show Matches" button and wait. ⏳ This process might take about a minute.

Step 3: From the listed expressions, click the tick icon next to the expression you want to teach to the relevant intent. ✅ If you don't want to train this expression, you can click the cross to prevent it from being listed again, ❌ or simply continue without taking any action. 😊

Step 4: The new expressions you taught will be listed at the bottom of the "User Says" tab. 📝 After ticking all the expressions you want to train to the intent, click the save button to complete the training. 💾✅
