User Information
This section contains basic information about the user:
Email: The registered email address of the user.
Phone: The phone number registered in the system.
Platform: Shows which platform the user is connected to the Jetlink system from.
Channel: The type of channel through which the user is connected.
IP: The IP address from which the user logged in.
First Name: The user's first name.
Last Name: The user's last name.
Gender: The user's gender.

Customer Representative
This section provides information about the representative assigned to the user.
Representative Name: The name of the authorized person conducting the conversation.
Assignment Time: The time when the conversation was assigned to the representative.

Tags
Tags are used to categorize and classify conversations.
Tag Category: You can group tags under a specific category.
Assign Tag: You can select and add appropriate tags to a specific conversation.
Assigned Tags: Lists the tags that have been previously added.

Page Visits
Shows which pages the user has visited on the website.

Conversation Content
The section that contains the detailed record of the conversation.
Email: You can send a copy of the conversation via email.
Download: You can download the full record of the conversation to your device.

Conversation Movements
The section that displays the timeline of the conversation's progress.
Conversation Start: The time when the customer sent the first message.
Conversation Closure Time: The time when the conversation ended.
Category and Status: Information on which resolution framework the conversation was closed under.

Notes
The section where you can add additional notes related to the conversation.
Note Entry: You can add important details about the customer here.
Save: Save the notes you entered to keep them for future conversations.

Details
Provides detailed information about the user's platform activities.
Last Seen: The last time the user was active in the system.
First Seen: The user's first login to the platform.
Conversations: The total number of conversations the user has had.
Status: Indicates whether the user is active or closed.

Other Conversations
The section that lists the user's previous conversations.
Device Details
You can view the user's device and connection information.
Operating System: The operating system of the device the user is connecting from.
Browser: The web browser the user logged in with.
Version: The version number of the browser.
Language: The user's preferred system language.
Screen Size: The screen resolution of the user's device (e.g., 360x825).
