Small Talks is an important feature that allows a chatbot to interact more naturally and sincerely with users. Users can contact chatbots not only for specific information or services, but also for simple and casual conversations. These types of conversations help the user feel more comfortable, perceive the chatbot as more human, and have a positive experience during the interaction process. Well-designed casual conversations strengthen the chatbot's connection with users, encourage them to return, and increase overall user satisfaction.

Note: Sometimes you may want small talks not to be used in the Probabilistic AI Settings (Did you mean?) feature or Confidence level settings to be different from the main intents. The fact that these features are editable allows your bot to not only be able to carry out daily conversations, but also to prioritize topics related to your brand.

Step 4: To edit the Small Talk settings, click the "Small Talk Settings" button on the "Small Talk" page on the Jetbot Content page.

Step 5: After making the desired edits on the screen that will open, click the "Save" button. The edits you make will be reflected in all Small Talk intents.
