Your visitors can start a conversation with your JetBot or customer representatives and leave the page open and switch to another page. In this case, the Chat Notification Sound is sent to transmit the message notification from the chatbot or representative audibly and to draw the visitor's attention to the conversation. This notification setting is open for all bots. You can manage the audio sending in the web messenger settings.
To turn off the chat notification sound, you can follow the steps below:
On the settings page (https://app.jetlink.io/Settings/Main) click on the web messenger settings in the channels section.
Click on the Advanced tab in Web Messenger settings and scroll down the page. Disable the "Chat Notification Sound" button at the end of the page.
Your settings will be automatically saved and a feedback message will appear at the bottom of the screen.
