Setting & Updating Profile Details

Every team member can personalize their profile on Jetlink, making interactions feel more personal and approachable. A profile picture, along with your name, helps build a stronger connection with customers.



Profile Details You Can Customize:

You can set the following details for your profile:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Profile Image
  • Dashboard Language

Steps to Update Your Profile Information:


  • Go to your "Profile Settings" page by clicking here.
  • Update your Name, Surname, or upload a new Profile Image.
  • Select your preferred "Dashboard Language" from the dropdown.
  • Enable the Ctrl + Shift message sending feature if desired.*
  • Click "Save" to apply the changes.

*To avoid confusion while sending messages, we’ve added a new shortcut for your agents. Instead of using the Enter key to send messages, you can now send them by pressing Ctrl + Shift. Pressing Enter will simply move the cursor to the next line, allowing for a more organized and clear conversation. Agents can activate this feature from their profile settings.
