OpenerText Feature
Jetlink's mobile chatbot integration supports a Customizable Redirect Start Message feature with the OpenerText parameter. This allows you to define a personalized message displayed when users access the chatbot link from mobile, creating a seamless and engaging chat experience.
Feature Overview and Use Case Examples:
The OpenerText parameter (&&openerText=text) can be added to the chatbot URL to customize the mobile opening message. This allows you to capture users' attention with an engaging first message, encouraging them to start the conversation.
Instant Interaction with Push Notifications:
Add the OpenerText parameter to push notifications, e.g., “Got questions? Jetlink is here to help!”
When the user clicks the notification, the chatbot opens with this opening message, instantly initiating the conversation.
Redirect with Buttons:
Add a Detailed Information button at the bottom of an information page, allowing users to access the chatbot directly with a topic-specific starting point.
